- 1. Download drivers from https://www.lexmark.com/en_xc/printer/11835/Lexmark-MS521dn
- 2. Download drivers from http://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_ut_e/re1/model/c8003/c8003.htm
- 3. For windows, go into Printing Preferences, Detailed Settings, User Code and put in the appropriate user code to print to it.
- 4. For Linux, download the PPD, edit the CustomUserCode and replace the \1 with the appropriate code before installing the driver. Once installed (connection over IPP works), go into Printer Options, User Code, and set it to Custom UserCode, and make sure that the Password and User Id are both None.
- 5. Recent changes to Windows 10 seem to have broken drivers for Windows.
