2010/11/24 ok Home directory access offline -- will be restored in ~15/20 minutes
2010/11/24 ok Home directories are not accessible.
TWiki server was also affected which prevented updating the downtime page
2010/11/23 ok Brief outage (5-10 min) on mailserver1 to remove a failing hard drive.
2010/11/20 ok Failing disk to be replaced in mailserver0.
Array rebuild will affect machine performance for a while on Saturday.
Host may be offline briefly to trace cables within a drive enclosure

2010/11/11 fixed Mailman mailing list outage
2010/11/09 intermittent nfs problems on solaris machines
2010/11/05 ok Drive errors reported by mailserver (passthrough server). Disk replaced, array is rebuilding
Rebuild complete.

2010/11/03 ok mrc networking outage - switch reset
