CS email archives expiring

The CS email server will be taken down permanently in the near future, previously scheduled for October 5, 2012. This does not affect your @rpi.edu or @alum.rpi.edu email unless it was being forwarded to your CS account. If you have an @cs.rpi.edu address that is currently forwarding to your RCS account, it should not change for new messages.

Please be sure to save a copy of any email from it that you want to keep as soon as possible.

For small numbers of messages, you can use a client such as Thunderbird to drag and drop messages from one account to another.

If you want to transfer all of your email to another account, you can use imapsync on linux.cs.rpi.edu or elsewhere that you have access to it.
